Visitors may join the Early Access program by providing their email address and selecting their role/category (both required), with the option to provide a LinkedIn URL and to optionally consent to marketing updates. The sections below outline how your data is collected, stored, and protected.
01. Introduction
This Privacy Policy describes how PIVIRO handles personal information when you visit this website and participate in our Early Access program. It explains the specific types of information we collect, the purposes for which we process that information, our infrastructure and storage practices, and the choices and rights available to you regarding your data.
PIVIRO's Early Access program is currently active. When you choose to join Early Access through our form, we collect and process the specific information you provide in accordance with this Privacy Policy. We are committed to data minimization, transparency, and respecting user privacy at every stage.
02. Who Operates PIVIRO
PIVIRO is currently operated by Viraj Arsule as an individual, based in India. PIVIRO is not currently operated through a registered corporation or legal entity. All decisions regarding website operations, features, and data practices are handled directly by the operator.
If you have any questions, concerns, or requests regarding this Privacy Policy or how your personal information is handled, you may reach out directly using the contact details provided below.
03. Information PIVIRO Collects
We strictly limit data collection to what is necessary to operate our Early Access program and prepare for upcoming platform releases.

Automatically Processed Technical Data
When your web browser accesses our site, standard transient technical information is processed by our hosting infrastructure (Vercel) to deliver web pages securely. This may include your IP address, browser type, operating system, and request timestamps. These server logs are maintained strictly for technical routing, edge caching, and security purposes.
We do not collect phone numbers, government IDs, physical addresses, dates of birth, payment details, private messages, or confidential resumes.
04. Why PIVIRO Collects Information
We collect and process personal data strictly for declared, legitimate purposes:
- Email Address: Early Access registration, sending invitation links, queue placement management, and essential service-related communications.
- Role / Category: Understanding the types of people interested in PIVIRO, optimizing our Early Access rollout cohorts, understanding product audience demographics, and guiding product research.
- LinkedIn Profile (if provided): Assessing optional professional background and providing relevant context during Early Access review.
- Marketing Communications (if opted in): Sending occasional news, product announcements, and launch updates. You may opt out or unsubscribe at any time.
- Technical Security & Operations: Maintaining platform stability, monitoring network performance, and preventing abusive or automated traffic.
Lawful Basis for Processing
For users to whom the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, personal information is processed under the following lawful grounds, determined by the actual processing purpose:
- Early Access Registration: Information submitted to join Early Access (your required email address and role) is processed to receive your request, manage the Early Access program, communicate regarding your Early Access request, and administer the Early Access process. This processing is based on taking steps at your request prior to participating and/or PIVIRO's legitimate interests in operating and managing the Early Access program, as applicable.
- Marketing: Promotional and marketing communications are based on the user's marketing consent where consent is required. Marketing consent is optional, is not required for Early Access, is separate from Terms acceptance, and users can withdraw marketing consent at any time.
- Security & Operational Processing: Technical information may be processed where applicable for website operation, security, abuse prevention, troubleshooting, maintenance, and complying with applicable legal obligations.
PIVIRO does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties, data brokers, or advertisers.
05. LinkedIn Information
Providing a LinkedIn profile URL in the Early Access form is entirely optional. If you choose to submit a link, PIVIRO only receives the specific URL that you manually type into the form.
PIVIRO does not request account access credentials, does not connect via private APIs to read private messages, does not import your connection list, and does not access non-public account information. Any reference to your LinkedIn profile is limited to the public link you voluntarily provide for professional context.
06. Email Communications
When you submit your email address through Early Access, we will use that address to communicate with you regarding:
- Your placement in the Early Access rollout and onboarding invite instructions.
- Essential product announcements, onboarding milestones, and platform access updates.
- Important service notifications or administrative messages regarding PIVIRO.
If you have also checked the optional marketing consent box, we may occasionally send you news, product launches, and feature announcements. You may withdraw marketing consent or opt out at any time by contacting piviro.in@gmail.com.
07. How PIVIRO Shares Information
PIVIRO does not sell, rent, or trade personal data. We only share information with third parties under the following limited circumstances:
- Service Providers: We work with trusted infrastructure providers necessary to operate the website. This includes Vercel Inc. for hosting and server delivery, Google Workspace / Google Sheets for administrative Early Access registration storage, and Google Fonts for typography delivery. These providers process technical data strictly on our behalf to operate the platform.
- Legal Compliance and Protection: We may disclose information if required to do so by applicable law, regulation, court order, or formal government inquiry, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect the safety, rights, or integrity of PIVIRO, its users, or the public.
08. Future PIVIRO Profiles
PIVIRO is developing a platform to help individuals present their work, showcase projects, and connect with opportunities. When the core profile builder is released to users, creating a profile may involve providing professional information such as work history, portfolio links, role preferences, and skills.
Full profile creation features are currently in development for Early Access participants. Before public profile creation tools launch, this Privacy Policy will be expanded with comprehensive details explaining how profile content is stored, managed, and controlled.
09. Public and Private Profiles
The planned architecture of PIVIRO Profiles gives users control over visibility settings:
- Public Profiles: Profiles designated as public will be viewable by anyone who possesses the link or discovers the profile through platform features.
- Private Profiles: Profiles designated as private will have restricted visibility based on available product access controls, viewable only by designated parties or the profile owner.
These settings will be clearly accessible within the product interface when user profile functionality becomes active.
10. AI-Assisted Matching & Recommendations
PIVIRO plans to incorporate artificial intelligence tools to help organize information, suggest relevant opportunities, and assist recruiters or employers in discovering profiles that align with specific role criteria.
These AI-assisted features are designed solely for recommendation and discovery support. AI tools on PIVIRO do not make final hiring decisions, do not automatically reject candidates, and do not make binding determinations regarding employment. Final hiring evaluations and decisions remain strictly with human recruiters, hiring managers, and employers.
11. Cookies, Storage, and Technical Infrastructure
We maintain a privacy-first architecture. It is important to distinguish how different technical elements operate:
- Cookies: PIVIRO does not set or use advertising cookies, marketing cookies, cross-site trackers, or third-party analytics cookies. We do not execute
document.cookiein our application code. - Browser Storage: We do not use
localStorage, sessionStorage, orIndexedDBto track you or store personal profiles on this marketing website. - Server Infrastructure Logs: Our hosting provider, Vercel Inc., may process standard technical information associated with requests to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and maintain the website (including IP addresses, user-agent strings, and request timestamps).
- External Font Requests: We load typefaces from Google Fonts (
fonts.googleapis.comandfonts.gstatic.com). The website may request font resources from Google Fonts when your browser loads the site. These requests may involve standard technical information such as your IP address and browser information. PIVIRO does not pass additional user identifiers or form data to Google during font requests.
For full details on our technical implementation, please review our separate Cookie Policy.
12. Google Sheets Storage
For the Early Access rollout, submitted form data (email address, chosen role/category, optional LinkedIn URL, optional marketing consent status, and submission metadata including timestamp, traffic source, and landing page) is transmitted via our serverless API endpoint to a Google Sheet administered by PIVIRO within Google Workspace infrastructure.
This allows the PIVIRO team to review participant applications, understand demographic interest, and send invitations in structured batches. Access is restricted to authorized PIVIRO administration to manage Early Access onboarding. We do not expose spreadsheet URLs, database credentials, or applicant records in client-side code.
13. Data Retention
PIVIRO retains personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including Early Access management, necessary product and service communication, legitimate operational purposes, security and system integrity, compliance with legal obligations, and dispute resolution.
Because registrations are maintained to support the ongoing Early Access rollout, records are not deleted on a pre-set automated schedule. Instead, personal data is manually reviewed and deleted or anonymized when it is no longer required for operational needs or upon receipt of a verified deletion request.
14. Data Requests & Managing Your Information

17. International Data Transfers
PIVIRO is operated from India. Users may access PIVIRO from other countries.
Personal information submitted to PIVIRO may be processed or stored outside the user's country. Third-party infrastructure providers may process information in different jurisdictions. Relevant service providers currently include Vercel Inc. (cloud hosting and serverless compute) and Google LLC (Google Workspace / Google Sheets for Early Access registration intake), which maintain server infrastructure in the United States and global edge locations. In addition, external font resources are retrieved from Google Fonts when your browser loads the website.
Where applicable data protection law requires safeguards for international transfers, PIVIRO will take appropriate steps to use legally recognized transfer mechanisms and safeguards. Where required by applicable data protection law, we take reasonable steps to ensure international transfers are subject to legally recognized safeguards.
18. Security Measures
We take reasonable and proportionate administrative, technical, and physical measures designed to safeguard personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. All web traffic between your browser and our website is encrypted in transit using standard HTTPS protocol.
While we implement prudent safeguards, no method of electronic storage or transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be entirely invulnerable. We encourage users to maintain caution when sharing sensitive information online.
19. Third-Party Processors & Infrastructure
To operate the website and manage Early Access, PIVIRO relies on the following third-party technical providers:
- Vercel Inc.: Website hosting, serverless compute, and edge content delivery network. Vercel may process standard technical information associated with requests to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and maintain the website.
- Google LLC (Google Workspace / Google Sheets): Cloud-based spreadsheet storage used to record and manage Early Access registrations, accessed through private server-side APIs.
- Google Fonts (Google LLC): External web font CDN for typography delivery (Plus Jakarta Sans). When your browser loads the font files, external network requests are made to Google's font servers.
Third-party advertising pixels (such as Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, X Pixel, or TikTok Pixel), behavioural session replay scripts, and third-party commercial marketing trackers are not deployed on this website. Our website contains outbound links to external sites (such as LinkedIn); PIVIRO does not control and is not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or policies of third-party websites.

Whenever changes occur, the revised document will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date displayed at the top.
For material changes that meaningfully alter how personal data is handled, we will provide appropriate prominent notice on the website or via direct communication where feasible.
