All candidate evaluations, shortlisting, and hiring outcomes remain entirely within the independent discretion of human employers, hiring managers, and recruiters.

09. No Employment Guarantee

PIVIRO does not guarantee employment, interviews, offers, or compensation.

PIVIRO is a platform designed to facilitate professional presentation and discovery. We do not act as an employment agency, headhunter, labor contractor, or employer of candidates. We do not guarantee that creating a profile or expressing interest in Early Access will result in interview requests, recruiter responses, job offers, or business opportunities.

10. Acceptable Use Policy

When accessing or using PIVIRO, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Submitting false, fraudulent, or impersonated information.
• Impersonating any person, business, or entity, or misrepresenting your affiliation.
• Attempting to probe, scan, test the vulnerability of, or breach any security mechanism of the platform.
